I’m Lauren Silverstein, owner and head trainer. With over 10 years of dog training experience and 6 years working as a veterinary technician, I bring a well-rounded, practical approach to every dog and family I work with. My background gives me a deep understanding of both canine behavior and health, allowing me to support dogs in a way that’s thoughtful, safe, and effective. My experience in veterinary medicine sharpened my ability to read body language, recognize stress signals, understand behavioral triggers, and approach each dog as an individual, not a one-size-fits-all training project.

I founded Pack Culture because I saw too many owners feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or disconnected from their dogs, and too many dogs being misunderstood. My mission is simple: help owners build real relationships with their dogs while creating results they can confidently live with in the real world.

I also live the lifestyle I teach. I share my life with two Belgian Malinois and an Australian Shepherd mix, so I understand firsthand the structure, consistency, and engagement dogs need to truly thrive. I also understand the owner who feels overwhelmed and incapable. I was there. Living and working with high-drive, highly intelligent breeds has shaped my training philosophy and reinforced the importance of clear communication, accountability, and purposeful leadership.

At the core of my work is a commitment to helping people and their dogs live better together. My goal is to keep as many dogs as possible in their homes by addressing challenges early, building owner confidence, and creating strong, lasting relationships built on trust and respect.

I focus on clear guidance, practical skills, and real-world application; whether that means basic obedience, leash manners, confidence-building, socialization, behavior modification, or working through more complex behavioral challenges.
